not if you want to allow a ridiculous amount of non-flightpath taxi nodes, then you can have a reasonable mask count and put the other ids above it

Got just about every Bogpaddle NPC in, but I've not sorted Fuselight NPCs out yet, besides the Bruisers and Flight Master there.

regarding these "two fields", i think i was mixing it up with area exploration bits as i was fixing both at the same time, so can probably disregard this
