npc do not scale with player level in cataclysm. this wasn't a thing before legion.

just play the game on the live servers of blizzard, keep the sniffer attached and send the sniffed dumps to modox

this way the tool will gather all the gameplay data while you're playing and it gets recorded so we can eventually turn it into useful data and apply it to our end
