Important thing is can they work independently. If they say I tried X, Y, Z and I'm still stuck I can help. If they ask broad questions and haven't tried, it's effort.

I get the frustration but we're all human and make mistakes or assumptions. It's hard where it's 1 dev dealing with hundreds of users all wanting help
