but instead, if you split it to multiple files, when you would change something related to quests for Player class, it would recompile only the quest file, not the whole Player class

if you have a lot of things in headers that would need to be compiled another time (like template instantiation, or a lot of stuff to parse), it could
but you could also benefit from parallel compilation as well, possibly compiling Player.cpp, PlayerQuest.cpp, PlayerState.cpp at the same time
