again, it is because the dump you have created has millions of single row inserts, instead of few inserts of thousands of rows. The best tool to export is mysqldump which is part of mysql server.
Or download WoWDatabaseEditor which have a GUI for mysqldump so you can just press "dump database" and it will run mysqldump for you
