yes, you need to download it first, as the messsagebox says, go to settings, SQL Editor, find "mysql dump" there, check the checkbox and press download

cmangos database is not loaded, because cmangos database is only loaded if in "core version" settings you set the cmangos core.
But neither of this is required to use sql editor to dump the database. just download it as I texted and it should work fine
