especially as healer u need that predictable enviroment, as druid or monk or diszi u have to predict what might happens next, to precast stuff

It is predictable though, If someone is running in a fps game I can still predict that i need to shoot a little ahead of them to line up my shot. League of legends uses udp and I haven't had any situations where I can't reasonably predict where to use my skill shot except for ping spikes which 99.99% of the time is probably my own internet connection issue

udp is a lot less useful for large-scale games like mmorpgs. That's not to say it wouldn't be an improvement, but you won't get the same noticable improvement as you would in a faster-paced game
