yes but in such a way, stuff like m+ or realy hard content where unpredictability can be devestating would not be possible that way

a cast on a dropping healthbar, wich pops back up a ms later can be fatal when the whole grp get tons of dmg

but, this with game millions of player and u got someone with a bad connection in your grp as random, wich can happen, than i would like that he just laggs because its more predictable

I see no competitive difference between watching someone run in place for 2 seconds then teleport into an aoe effect and lose half their health, versus the client predicting the player's movement and watching them run into the aoe and their health decrease and then a new update correcting the health marginally\
