Cause when casting Charge (100), it triggers a spell for the damage, but it has infinite range and is only supposed to be cast when caster reaches the target

Do I need to calc a timer for casters arrival to destination? Or send some sort of inivsible missile to trigger certain effects?

Cause I guess calculating time of arrival, and THEN trigger some effect could work, but maybe it's the wrong way of doing it?

Should the said charge effect be scripted separatley to somehow recognize when the caster maybe has the flag "stopped moving" or something and then trigger the damage/effect?
