maybe you can just run `docker compose up ac-dev-server` and use CLion to attach to that container

indeed, I just had a look at VS Code Remote Development and yep it's not as advanced, but you can still attach to your process manually indeed

the same way I attached to my server in debug through WSL, but that's slower compared to local development
