So theoretically if I see a spell is "missing" from the Spell_DBC table that I want to modify - I can add it and it will overwrite the values? Literal example: I want to change the Hearthstone cooldown time. The "SpellID" isn't in the DBC in the server, but I could add it and that value should take precedance?

Does that load happen live or at WorldServer start only?

It would work and it happens on startup. You can also just change the item_template row for hearthstone to reduce the cooldown of it.

I dont' think I saw a cooldown value on the Item_Template row which is why I was assuming it was linked to the SpellID. But will check again.

spellcooldown_1 and spellcategorycooldown_1 I changed to set the cooldown to 15 minutes instead of 30.

Ahh, I saw values of -1 to those values. I was initially thinking that indicated 1 hour but since the cooldown was 30 minutes I assumed the cooldown was linked elsewhere and the value in that field was for <something> else.

When I manually launch it using "./acore.sh run-worldserver" I get this:
Opening DatabasePool 'acore_auth'. Asynchronous connections: 1, synchronous connections: 1.
DatabasePool 'acore_auth' opened successfully. 2 total connections running.

Opening DatabasePool 'acore_characters'. Asynchronous connections: 1, synchronous connections: 2.

Updating Auth database...
>> Auth database is up-to-date! Containing 1 new and 35 archived updates.

Updating Character database...

Updating World database...

A thing I noticed is that tmux like "tmux ls" commands only work with sudo, while "./acore.sh run-worldserver" works even without sudo, don't know if it's relevant
