yes but there are cases which are very hard to prove so its matter of how much effort u want to put in

for example video from 2008 showing that item X dropped from creature Y is bulletproof proof of it.....opposite of that is nearly impossible since no matter how many videos u provide it still doesnt prove that certain item was not in that loot table maybe they all had just bad luck
