This might be a silly question but do you have to create a custom module for everything? Like for example If I want to increase reputation gains to x5

There is `worldserver.conf` for a lot of such simple adjustments.

u dont need to create module for anything....if its not doable in config or DB u can still directly edit core....its just that modules are recommended for sake of simplicity for new people unless its impossible to do X in module
