i would storngly recommend to read entire world config before u even start asking about stuff like "how to increase xp"

Is there a wiki or database somewhere that explains what certain world config values do?
All of them have descriptions but some are kinda vague (Specially for a WoW noob like me)
For example:` # Rate.Skill.Discovery
# Description: Multiplier for skill discovery.
# Default: 1
Rate.Skill.Discovery = 1` I have no clue what this means

Yes, that's obvious considering it was changed to check your title instead of your rank. I was mostly curious if it still showed it as red, although I figured it would but I was still curious.

My guess would be abilities like Northrend Alchemy Research which makes you learn new recipes is affected by it. Setting that multiplier to 2 (for example) might make you learn 2 at a time instead of 1. I don't know for sure though, and I don't know what other professions or whatever might have skill discovery as a thing.
