Problems with boost I guess. Redo step 9 from this guide https://www.azerothcore.org/wiki/windows-requirements and rerun cmake + recompile.

I use the same version 1.74.
And the interesting thing is that I installed the server on my localhost system yesterday and there was no problem, but I can't install it on VPS!
