Somewhere on the router will be definitions for what each of those zones are. But you would need to figure out which is associated with the public IP. Assuming that your ISP is even giving you a true public IP.

You could try changing the source zone and running the port checker. I see some people had to set it to HSD when googling the issue. I'd try them one at a time.
