When you started authserver and worldserver, did you get a prompt for the windows firewall to allow or block them?

If you made sure to allow them, I don't see the firewall being the issue at least.

what im trying to understand is tho. When checking my ipv4 with ipconfig its different from checking my ip on google for example, I dont seem to understand to what IP to forward the port as they are still closed. Ive set them now to my ipv4 but that does not seem to work as the port is still closed
