Your ISP provides you with a public IP. When someone, port checker or player, connects to your public IP it gets routed to your router. The router then determines where to send that packet, determined to your port forwarding. It sees that you set for example port 3724 to be forwarded to your servers LAN IP (local IP / IPv4 seen with ipconfig) and routes the traffic to that one.

It's very good that you have NAT loopback too. Seems a lot of routers are missing that feature.

yes my ipv4 starts with 192.
