and then what do i type to start for exemple authserver? i just tried start authserver.exe and nothing happened (not found)

You have to use cd to go to the folder where authserver.exe is located

One easy way is to copy the path from explorer and pasting it into the command prompt. That way you don't have to go there step by step.
