Yeah I mean I guess you could find a publicly available repack.. but me personally I'd just compile once.. set it up and call it a day.

Never say that. Never, ever, ever search for or use a repack or encourage anyone else to. Just stay away from them. Compiling it yourself and making it portable is one thing but beyond that is a no-no.

Perhaps some modules like Autobalance, Solo LFG, Guild House, Leech, and Beastmaster, but yeah, nothing particularly special.
