base movement speed = 100%
slow mount speed = 60%
they turn into 160% when you are mounted. However, if you have an aura that lets say gives you a 5% movement speed while on foot, it will say 105% but as soon as you mount it'll still say 160%.

issue is that is invalid argument bcs from how ui shows it tells nothing about how it works internally
