iirc mounts dont take your characters movementspeed and add 60% to it. It's just base 160% displayed as 60% increase as base movementspeed *is* always 100%

It's like Crusader Aura just adjust Mount speed and not base movement speed

I don't know. In expansions after WotLK you could see your movement speed and it did say 100% when on foot, 160% when on the slow mount and 200% when on the fast one.

I was confused by `mounts dont take your characters movementspeed and add 60% to it` because that's basically what the UI shows. As long as you don't have an aura that increases your regular movement speed, then that % gets ignored when you're mounted.
