That seems to point at a possible issue with the VS install not having all of the components. I would double check Step 3 of the VS install from the Wiki.

Restarting mysql? What? Mine has been up for just over 4 months now. AzerothCore was up 3 weeks not long ago because I disabled the auto updater by accident. You could probably have it up for months depending on the amount of players. It makes sense to update it at least once a week though to stay up-to-date with the latest fixes.
