As long as you're not blocking outgoing I guess it would work either way. Did you try reverting to what it was when you had it working before?

Yeah I managed to get in, just only with the private firewall profile turned off. Apparently my rule is not doing what it needs to do I'll troubleshoot that. I assigned it to the docker-desktopcom service and that didn't work either

I only mentioned allowing the processes because I didn't know you were running it through Docker. I don't understand why it's not working though
