With the firewall on I get connecting until eventually unable to connect

It's been ages since I've managed the windows firewall but don't you also have to set it to allow both incoming and outgoing? I seem to remember, at least before, you had to add 1 rule for incoming and 1 for outgoing.

I'm running on docker so I'll have to figure out what process that is

I did do outgoing just incase, I think default out is approve, but let me check to just allow all outgoing as thats how it is on a normal computer (this is running on server 22)

I don't know how running it through Docker affects it. I've never used it for more than a few minutes and never really host anything using Windows anymore so I'm kind of guessing here.

I was asking more if you accidentally set it to allow outgoing but didn't do incoming but you appear to have done it correctly.
