Sure. A reference list is essentially a loot table that isn't specific to one creature. It is shared amongst multiple creatures. A good example would be the crafting recipes in Molten Core - they didn't go through (MOST of the time) and add a tiny chance for each recipe to drop from each boss. They made one reference list with all the recipes in it and then gave THAT a small-ish chance to drop from each boss.

He doesn't have any loot that is specific to him. Instead, he has four different reference lists in his table. There's a 10% chance for that first one:

There is a 100% chance for something to drop from the other three reference lists. Each one will produce `Rate.Drop.Item.ReferencedAmount` items.
