I don't think so. If you remove one, say the dark portal teleport, it does nothing. It might do something for the client but I don't believe it needs to be added to the client to function. Kind of like .tele

My understanding was that the client walks into one, tells the server as such, server double checks that the client isn't lying, then does the trigger function

seems a bit silly to rely on the client for that but knowing blizzard they would try to save any computational logic where possible

I would've assumed the server, that knows exactly where the player is at all times, handled it all but maybe not.
