You can find libmysql.dll in C:\Program Files\MySQL something or other. It's either in the bin folder or the lib folder in there. The others are in the OpenSSL folder.

I can't remember the exact path of them, sorry, and my dev machine was recently wiped so I can't boot it up to look.
