but when its config that is runtime not compile time which means that if i want to disable it in release it would still be in binary and still executed just not finished in sense that there would be output
ofc otherwise i can change that macro to be completely skipped in release

I dont know why it would matter unless you run the server on a toaster

Are npcbots available to populate battlegrounds? Not sure if I am reading the conf correctly for this. I tried enabling them but when I attempt to join WSG I get disconnected from the server and it appears the worldserver restarts.

I don't know, I just enable the config option for them to join battlegrounds and then play.
