Create a fork of AzerothCore, add Trickerers repo (the one pre-patched with npcbots) as a remote to your fork and you can easily merge npcbots into it whenever you want.

u dont even need to fork AC u can merge it just locally

I prefer to use a fork because then I can control everything and easily manage any conflicts that pop up + add my own changes to that fork.
