I'm guessing the one that's not in the archive isn't supposed to be there - not if there's been a squash. I would recommend looking at the history since you updated last to see if there has been one and if so revert to the commit before the squash and run it through before moving forward. That's basically the default suggestion.

this probably isnt going to help but there are many ways how u could mess things up either too old core or too new core or skipping squash and all of this with any combination of whatever modules/fork u got so unless u would provide info where u started and what u did step by step there is not rly real way of helping
