Is there a way to access this list? I'd like to be able to add new talents wihout having to take the spot of existing ones

You just have to insert the new row in the correct place

I had to insert the talent data in an already existing ID (if I use a new ID then it bugs out) and it works, so I assume some other dbc must use those IDs, hence why I can only use the ones that are already set in talent.dbc

The talent id doesn't matter, it just needs to be in the correct location

The blue row is the ID that works (which the one of an existing talent. If I use ID 3000, the it bugs out, so I guess the Id matters?

If you use a program that automatically sorts the dbc, then you need to use something else that doesn't do so. As an example, export to csv, insert the row in the correct location, then export to dbc
