iirc it's a two step process for some reason, it also reverts when you restart the server, or maybe even just log out

it didnt even show up in the character skills tab under the profiencies. does it for you when you use the command?

according to that reddit thread, there's some dbc editing you need to do too, but you're solidly out of my expertise area at that point.
