And if you have a problem, run the crashed server on debug mode to show you in detail
Don't worry, all facilities are saved in the database, not to the source

RelWithDebInfo would provide more than sufficient information about a crash, there's no need to run debug specifically for that.

after the reported lags, I've bumped them to `4` each and also `ThreadPool to 16`
