RelWithDebInfo is the suggested compile, actually.

Compile in relwithdebinfo mode, note that you have installed the source in that vps
You should not compile while playing or change the file from place to place for late night

that's what is stated in the website. Does `RelWithDebInfo` use less cpu?

Debug is used to find more problems to fix, and relwithdebinfo is lighter and less demanding.

well RelWithDebInfo is like release but with debug info so you get useful crash reports etc. Yes, it would be heavier on the system to use straight up debug.
