Then in the previous folder, you have the one's listed above, with the correct DLL's, depending on the OpenSSL version you've generated your CMake build with <@240591648831045632>

I'd suggest to remove all dependencies, and try again, to make sure you haven't made errors during initial setup. I had to do the same thing this morning to verify my error
