I can probably remove some of the helper functions as well, you don't really need the `void WardenWin::SendChunkedPayload(std:Confusedtring const& lua, uint32 chunkSize)` because it is just a wrapper for the force payload for sending in chunks and can be implemented on the client also

I think we should only what's required into the core and take the rest to a module, making use of the exposed functions.

well one thing with this implementation as well is I have my own queue of payloads that is executed before warden payloads as I'd prefer to separate them and touch Warden as least as possible
