better user experience. just downloading the proper Chinese client or registering for the server would be a huge obstacle for normal players

Battle.net does *nothing* in that department. Nothing at all. That's up to the host to distribute some kind of launcher to download, and launch, the client.

i understand. i just wish you could help a lot more players to enjoy classic wow. thats all. i want something like CC but china focused.
