It's run by people who hang out here and some who help develop the core, that's it. It's not run **by** AzerothCore.

So will they make it more Chinese friendly? for example, add Chinese/international support for the website, add a server in a location with less latency for Chinese players? Is here the proper place for this questions?

If someone knows Chinese, they should submit additions for that. I'm sure languages that were added were created by someone who knows the language.

Blizzard is leaving china. there will be huge market. i truly hope you can do this. you can make some money and some Chinese players can continue play wow. just from a wow player. wish i can help some. for example website Chinese translation or cloud service choices.
