Nope, you'd have to use the OpenSSL 3.0 PR, since 22.04 comes with 3.0 out of the box

Allegedly you can just compile an earlier version yourself, but I haven't heard any cases where that's worked

I was considering going through the motions of making AC compile to Linux, but I decided that Windows Server is fine, is highly supported and I've got compiled and going now.
