No. When you copy an eluna script into the lua_scripts folder, you can just `.reload eluna`

sorry again, but when my Serverpath is: home/user/azerothcore-wotlk and eluna-mod path is: "home/user/azerothcore-wotlk/modules/mod-eluna" (config says Eluna.ScriptPath = "lua_scripts" ... the path for the scripts is "/home/user/azerothcore-wotlk/lua-scripts" right?!

You need to compile the server ONE time after adding mod-eluna.
Then it auto-creates the `lua_scripts` folder, next to your woldserver.exe (or binaries with other extensions on a differet OS than windows)
