Or basically treat it like a "bring your own alt", and then level alts for fun and profit.

On the other realm there was instant 60. I expect the rotations to fail at low levels cause the characters lack the used spells.

So a lot of work would need to be done to make it scale with the leveling. As in, each class/rotation would need to be adjusted based on level? Can character level be obtained in the Lua? And if so, would that be possible to do?

You could just add a fallback to the very end of the rotation
