So I have a few ideas about some changes I want to make. Firstly, I want new character to start with a bit of silver and some items. I also want to create a custom potion that can be used every 60s to heal the player for 20% of HP. They're the first things I want to implement.
Do I need to write modules for that, or can Lua be used?

start money is in world config
starter gear im not sure if its DB or DBC or both
potion if such potion doesnt exist then u have to create ur own which is client mod not rly module/script
