well long time ago i've played on haste servers with similar stuff, so after reaching certan amount of haste u get 0.00 or 0.03 speed, btw its for my own project(not public)

everything is possible just hard lock it to not go to 0.00 or even 0.01 is just way too buggy

btw u dont rly need to change much u just need ton of haste and u will reach it...its not limited to not happen

well if you go above 50k(for example) u get hp bug and speed of weapon is like 5.00
