i dont know what that error is i would try removing all cmake files and running it again which i dont think will help but thats simplest thing to try first

if that doesnt help then it seems like it cant find openssl in ur system and i have no idea how to fix that i never tried downgrading i either went with ubuntu 20.04 or 22.04

I am on ubuntu 22.04 and that is my problem since they did not officially release support for openSSL3 then it creates series of problem for those who want to try running the server on a newer distro
