to be honest it would have been much easier if u just pulled in v3 branch instead of downgrading to 1.1 but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

i dont know what that error is i would try removing all cmake files and running it again which i dont think will help but thats simplest thing to try first

if that doesnt help then it seems like it cant find openssl in ur system and i have no idea how to fix that i never tried downgrading i either went with ubuntu 20.04 or 22.04
