ALL_BUILD works for me, but the steps under that are maybe outdated. You can right-click on INSTALL and select Build and it will copy the executables and config files to the Build folder specified in CMAKE

Maybe building the entire solution does that for you? I don't know; never tried

I'm doing a compile with the proper module this time (replaced the one that you found was outdated in the fork with the proper one) so let's see how it goes!

Er maybe I should say the CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX is where it will put the executables

Yeah it does. All build always errors to me so no clue what it does though
