I don't think the quest was removed, I think it was just that it wasn't required to learn artisan first aid

Yes, I see a Wowhead comment from 3.2.0 saying it is count for Loremaster, so I think it was still able to get it.

I do believe I did the quest on CC too so I do believe it's still functional in AC, don't know what happened for this issue to rear its head though

Worked solo, just in a group it failed. So it was strange as it only spawned one person at a time

You did have to prioritize, but it wasn't *that* difficult, though I don't know how it acts in a group
