Only one person was showing up at a time and then no one but the quest isn't updating or completing.

Looks like if you do it one person at a time it works, but if you are in a group then it doesn't count for the group. Hope that helps.

Is it count for everyone in the group correct behavior? I have only test as one person, but some quest are intentional only work without group.

It looks like WoWhead comment support that it can be complete with the group, so if it is not work that would be a bug that can be open for AzerothCore. I will examine to fix it.

It could be that I added it back if it was removed. I do not remember. Haha. I do remember I restore that it is a requirement for progress First Aid and to get certain recipes.
