Ex.
For items [1,2,3,4]
Add ah listing with cost x by user y. Repeat every z days

now the issue is that unless i post bounty nobody will rly care about it.....and if i do then some1 may come and say that this poses risk to AC

I doubt it's of use to the "average user". It's useful for, amongst other things, distributing dbc changes without the end-user having to modify their files or download modified files.
